This is a one-of-a-kind, hand painted open top bag in a bright neon yellow leather with a black matte splatter pattern. This leather is soft with a nice heft to it. With bubble stud connectors, fringed tassel and a matching neon yellow biothane strap. High quality black hardware. Minimal finishing.
